When you fill in a form or email us, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type, plus any flock details you choose to share. Our hosting and analytics tools also record technical data such as browser type, device, approximate region, pages viewed and referral source. We do not ask for payment card details through this site.
We use cookies and similar storage to keep the site working, remember basic preferences and measure which breed and housing pages get read. Analytics events are aggregated and are not used to build advertising profiles. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the catalogue may then behave differently.
Form and email data is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a housing or equipment quote and keep a record of the order. Technical and analytics data helps us fix broken pages, understand which coop plans and breed notes are useful and keep the site secure. We do not sell your details.
Limited data may pass to service providers that host the site, run analytics, deliver email or manage our customer records. These processors act on our instructions. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal or accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Breed notes, housing plans and stock comments describe what we actually keep and supply. We do not publish fake reviews, invented endorsements, false urgency or guarantees of a particular yield from any flock. Where a plan suits one climate better than another, we say so.
